Job Role: Edward brings his vast retail and football knowledge to the Icons operation and is involved in all the major deals, initiatives and decisions.
Background: Edward has over 40 years experience in the retail industry and in the late 80s was Managing Director of Tottenham Hotspur. He then moved to Manchester United and became Managing Director of Manchester United Merchandising from 1992 onwards. Over the next six years he transformed the commercial side of the club's operation and built the Manchester United into the biggest brand in world football. He was also a key player in the formation of the Premier League and was hailed by The Economist as "football's merchandising guru".

Background: Graduating with an Economics degree from Cambridge University, Dan has worked in media marketing for 13 years, working for the Guardian & Observer newspapers, Channel 4 and being Head of Marketing for Capital Radio. He worked at Zone, Icons' parent company, for three years as a digital strategist and developed the plan for the Icons website re-launch in 2008.
Team: Growing up in the city in the glory years of the 70s and 80s it was inevitable that he would become a dedicated Liverpool fan.

Job Role: As Icons OD Tom oversees the purchasing and creation of stock, Search Engine Optimisation of the website, and site development.
Background: Graduating from Nottingham University with a Philosophy degree, followed by a Diploma in Journalism from Cardiff University Tom worked for a variety of newspapers, magazines and websites before joining Icons in 2001. He ran the Icons network of personal player websites before concentrating exclusively on the memorabilia operation in 2007.
Team: Tom grew up watching the legendary QPR side of Stan Bowles, Gerry Francis and Dave Thomas in the Seventies and knew then he would enjoy a lifetime of sublime football and title chases.

Job Role: As Icons Marketing & Affiliates Manager Steve is responsible for the promotion of Icons range of signed football memorabilia and the Icons brand to the adoring footballing world.
Background: After graduating from The University of Sheffield in 2002 with a degree in Business & Marketing, Steve spent a year travelling before moving to the bright lights of London to work in International Marketing for a publishing company. Following three years in publishing Steve went on to run large-scale marketing campaigns for corporate and sports events before joining Icons in 2007 to develop their marketing and affiliate promotions.
Team: An increasingly rare choice; Steve supports the team from the city he grew up in - the mighty Foxes, Leicester City.

Job Role: As Icons Customer Service Executive, Natalie is Icons' link to the outside world, providing support, fulfilling orders and answering queries from football fans and general gift buyers who come to Icons.
Background: Fresh out of London College of Communications which is part of the University of the Arts, Natalie has working at Winkball.com as a street reporter and also convered games from the Premier League down to League 1. She also volunteer at Charlton FC as part of their community programme and covered the Beijing Olympics for Thomson Reuters. As a trained sports journalist she adds depth, and good spelling, to our writing team as well.
Team: Arsenal. In her job interview we asked if she liked football, she replied that the night before she'd been at an Arsenal reserve team game to check out if Sol Campbell still had it in him. We hired her. She would also like to point out that she is a fourth generation gooner and "it's in the blood".

From a soccer perspective, Scott has helped to develop Stateside media sponsorship strategy for SiriusXM Satellite Radio, World Football Daily, FourFourTwo magazine and more.
Team: As a clueless American visiting London for the first time in 1997, I bought a ticket to to see Chelsea v. Arsenal at Stamford Bridge and instantly fell in love with the game. Have followed the Blues ever since...boy, did that decision turn out well for me!

Background: Tim is the only icon who can actually play the game properly. He played professional football from 1979-1999 in the UK (Liverpool FC), Hong Kong (Seiko, South China, Instant Dict), Australia (Sydney Olympic), Malaysia (Selangor and Sabah). He was also a Hong Kong National Team player between 1986-1999.
In business Tim was co-founder of SportsNetGlobal, internet sports site similar to icons and has been involved in Hong Kong based soccer schools for the English Schools Foundation, Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC for the past 14 years.
Most recently he has been the main presenter on Asia Television's UEFA Champions League coverage and Sports Presenter of the Main News between 1996-2010.
